Reviews and Ratings
This hotel is ideally located near the city center, making it perfect to walk to the main sights, but the reception desk service could be more attentive to customers' needs. The rooms offer three proper beds and a bath, which was fantastic, however, the housekeeping service needs improvement. The dining options include crisp salads, and the facilities are modern and secure, though value for money could be better.
The hotel was centrally located, making it convenient to explore the city's attractions. The rooms were spacious with three proper beds, which was fantastic, and the French pastry served for dining was a delightful touch. However, the customer service lacked warmth, especially at the reception desk. The hotel's great location and comfortable rooms were highlights, although the service could be more attentive.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is superb, right in the center of Strasbourg and very close to the Cathedral. The rooms were amazing with three proper beds, not a sofa bed, which was fantastic. However, the customer service, especially at the reception desk, was lacking a bit. The dining experience was top-notch with a variety of options available.
